Yesterday Jane took her first steps. I wonder how long it will be till she can do it on her own. She is 9 1/2 months.

New House!!!
Dave and I are buying our first house! We got in on a great incentive program to buy new construction homes. There were a list of floor plans to choose from. We chose a condo that is part of a four plex. It is three levels with 1835 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Just today I was able to go and pick out my flooring, paint colors, countertops and lighting fixtures. It should be finished by December 31st (hopefuly before November 30th to get the first time home buyer stimulus). This is what it will look like when its finished.

Today when I drove by it had the second story framework up with some drywall. The roof should be on by the end of next week.
