Dave and I just got a phone call from our realtor and our offer was accepted with them paying all closing costs. Yea!!! We even got it for $10,000 cheaper than the listing price. No pictures until the end of the month. We just bought a house! Well actually a condo but its the same to me. Wow! I cant believe it! Now to choose a paint color and carpet....

That is so awesome!! I'm glad you guys got a great deal! We should be moving into our new house in a couple of weeks...hopefully I will be able to post some pictures of the 'practically done" house soon!! congrats!
