American Idol
So After Tuesday I decided that I wasnt going to vote anymore (it costs $0.40 a vote, and I like to vote a lot) This week I was a little sad to see Robbie and Alaina. I liked both of them. I thought that Robbie would stay in longer, even though I couldnt see him in the top 3. (But I guess he already had his break with Brittany Spears) Jason and Alexandrea I didnt care too much about. I felt like they were just filler. Alexandreas song and outfit were so boring! The two who I want to see gone are David Cookand Amanda. David is just way "too cool" for the competitions and always has that stupid smirk on his face. Amanda is just plain annoying. I think that the top 3 will be David Archileta (of course, hes going to win), Brooke and Syesha. Fourth runner up would be Jason Castro.

I got a job!
On Thursday my visiting teacher, Sarah, called me and told me that New Life Fitness was hiring nursrey workers. So on Friday I went in and applied and had an interview. This morning I was hired and signed my employment papers. This is the perfect job for me right now because I can bring Tommy with me, I get a free membership, I make a little extra cash, and i get out of the house. How cool is that. This was an answer to my prayers because Sarah didnt even know that I was looking for something. She just called. I know that she was inspired. The Lord really does now us and our needs and he will bless us.

Warning: Gross Story Following
Okay,
I have to share my pain. All I have to say is I hope it is a one time event. Yesterday when Tommy woke up from his nap he started fussing like usual then stopped pretty quickly. I thought, "My lucky day, hes going back to sleep". So a few minutes later I went to check on him and as I open the door, he scrambles up and gives me the face "I'm not doing anything", which is very bad. As I got closer I realized that there was little brown fingerptints and smears on his cheeks and fingers. He had been very curious about the recent addition to his diaper and decided that it would be fun to do some fingerpainting. Yuck! I cleaned him up and tried to explain to him not to touch his poop and that it was very very yucky. Now soemtimes when I go to pick him up he points to his diaper and says "No Poop!" I think he got what I was saying and he wont do it again.

Twilight Cast
Im excited about the movie Twilight that is comming out. The cast for the Cullen family has just been announced. I think that they have done a really good job with Edward, Alice and Emmet (The last 3 people on the right). Im not too excited about Rosalie though. If you havnt read the Twilight series, I recommend it. Ive never been into the romance/thriller kind of books but this one was great. It is very clean, fun, silly read. Warning: they are highly addicting!!
You can go to the stephanie meyer link that I have below and check it out. The last book in the series will be released August 2008.

My American Idol Favorites
Here are my votes for last night. You will notice that I am a huge American Idol fan. I love the show. This is the 3rd season that Ive watched and the first time I've voted. The guys performed last night and these were the best. Let me know what you think of my choices.
David Archiletta:
was my favorite! He is such a happy kid. I didnt really like his song choice but I like him.
Jason Castro:
I loved his song choice. It was so chill. He has a great voice. Especially when he goes into falceto.
Michal Johns: I dont really like him but I do like his song choice and his voice.
Robbie Carrico: I like him and his voice. I thought he did a great job on making the song current.
Dave Hernandez: I wish he were a little more outgoing. He has one of the best voices but he is a little too stiff on stage. I hope he doesnt get cut.
